Dulcis Vitae is a coffee that is sure to divide opinion. It is quite unusual for a coffee blend, created solely from Robusta beans. Gimoka has put together a blend of 70% Robusta beans from Vietnam and 30% Robusta beans from Uganda.
The result is an intense coffee, with a creamy and balanced body and hints of berries and citrus.
In other words, a coffee with a unique taste. Robusta beans make a coffee that is more acidic and bitter than the coffee of the more widespread Arabica bean. Despite that, Robusta coffee has many fans, who love its special taste and appreciate its high caffeine content.
